If you wish to upgrade to a permanent urn, you will have the option to do so while making the online arrangement. We also have keepsakes and cremation jewelry for you to browse and purchase from our arrangement system.
Scattering ashes at-sea is an option that many people in coastal areas choose. We utilize a locally-owned charter company to provide this non-ceremonial service. Once the scattering is complete, we will send you an official certificate with your loved one’s information which details the exact coordinates of the scattering. The charge for this service is $225.00.
We are able to ship ashes anywhere in the Continental United States through United State Postal Service Priority Mail Express. To arrange the mailing of your loved one’s ashes, please select “Ship Ashes” and add that service to your cart. The package will be sent to the individual(s) and address that you designate, and will be shipped insured, with a tracking number. In most cases, the charge for this service is $130.00.
Bergen Cremation Service will mail cremains via USPS or you can come to our funeral home and pick them up.
